Assam Secretariat Recruitment 2020- Apply for 173 Jr Administrative Assistant posts

NEW DELHI: Assam Secretariat has released the recruitment notification for graduates who are registered in the employment exchange of the state. A total of 173 vacant posts are notified in the Junior Administrative Assistant cadre in the Assam Secretariat (also known as Janata Bhawan). The application forms are available on sad.assam.gov.in. Eligible candidates should submit the filled applications on or before August 31, 2020.

• Pay Scale- PB-2 ₹ 14,000- 49,000 + Grade Pay ₹ 8700 p.m. plus other allowances

Assam Secretariat Recruitment 2020 Eligibility

Candidates should satisfy the below given eligibility terms

• Age limit- 18-38 years

• Qualification- candidates should have a graduate degree with minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST). Candidates should also have a minimum 6 months Diploma or Certificate in computer proficiency from a recognized institute. They must have good knowledge of MS office software tools such as Word Processor, presentation graphics, Spread Sheet, concept of database, internet and email

Selection of the eligible candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in written test and computer practical test. The written test will comprise General English, General Knowledge and Quantitative Aptitude, computer knowledge and Language Skills Test in Assamese or Bengali or Bodo or Alternative English.
