Assam SET 2024: Registrations begin at sletneonline.co.in; apply by January 8

NEW DELHI: Assam State Level Eligibility Test Commission has commenced the registration process for Assam State Eligibility Test (SET) 2024. According to the official notification, the last date to apply for Assam SET 2024 is January 8, and the deadline to pay the application fees is January 12, 2024. Candidates can fill the application form at sletneonline.co.in.
There is no age limit to apply for the exam. Candidates who have secured minimum 55% (without rounding off) in a master’s degree or equivalent exam from a university recognised by UGC are eligible for the Assam SET 2024 exam.
Application fee for the general category candidates is Rs 1,200, while for other backward classes (OBC) and General (EWS) candidates the fee is Rs 1,050. Candidates from the schedule caste or schedule tribe category must pay Rs 1,000, while those from the PWD category must pay Rs 800.

Assam SLET 2024 will be held on March 17, in all the university centers of northeastern states. The exam will be conducted on a day in two separate sessions- first session from 10 am to 11 am and second session from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Assam SET will consist of two papers comprising objective questions.

Candidates can follow these steps to apply for the Assam SLET 2024.
- Go to the official website at sletneonline.co.in.
- On the homepage, click on the registration option.
- Fill the registration form by entering details such as name, email id, contact information.
- Next, login by entering credentials generated during registration.
- Fill in the application form with required details.
- Upload required documents and pay the fees.
- Download and take a printout of the confirmation page.
