Assam TET 2020 application process begins, apply till November 30

NEW DELHI: The Secondary Education Department of Assam has released the Assam TET 2020 application form in online mode on November 20. Interested candidates can fill the application form till November 30. The Government of Assam will conduct TET 2020 and has invited online applications from applicants for appearing in the Teachers' Eligibility test (tet) for post graduate teachers under Secondary Education, Assam.

How to apply for Assam TET 2020 exam?

Candidates can follow the below given steps to fill the Assam TET 2020 application form:

1. The Assam TET 2020 application form is available in online mode at https://ssa.assam.gov.in/.

2. Click on the application form link of Assam TET 2020.

3. Click on the registration link given on the application form page.

4. Candidates will be required to register for the exam by entering basic information like name, contact details etc.

5. After successful registration, candidates will be required to fill the detailed application form of Assam TET 2020 wherein they will have to enter all the required academic, personal and communication details. Candidates will also be required to upload scanned copies of some required documents like photograph, signature etc.

6. The last step of the Assam TET 2020 is payment of the application fee. General candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs 500 whereas SC/ST/OBC/MOBC and PWD candidates will have to pay Rs 300. The application fee payment has to be done in online mode only.

Candidates must score a minimum 60% in each paper to be deemed as qualified for Assam TET 2020. However, there is a relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PH candidates. Candidates who will qualify the exam will be awarded a certificate. The pass certificate will be valid for total 7 years from the date of issuance.
