BCI to release AIBE XV 2020 answer key on Jan 30, result in the first week of March

NEW DELHI: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has notified that it will declare the result of the open-book exam AIBE XV 2020 exam, which was conducted on January 24, in the first week of March. Meanwhile, the provisional AIBE XV 2020 answer keys containing the official answers to questions in the exam will be made available for download from January 30 onward; the answer keys will be released for all paper codes at allindiabarexamination.com .

There will also be provisions to challenge the AIBE XV answer key 2020 in case the candidate has any objections regarding an answer key (or keys).

To make a challenge to a key (or keys) given in the provisional AIBE XV answer key 2020, the candidate will have to:

• Go to the official website of BCI: allindiabarexamination.com

• Click on the relevant link

• Log-in using candidate credentials

• An application form will open

• Mention the key (number) and supporting evidence

• Pay the fee (if any) to make the challenge

• Submit the form.

What happens if a key mentioned in the provisional AIBE XV (15) if found to be incorrect?

In that case, the BCI will make corrections to the original key as mentioned in the provisional AIBE XV answer key. Also, the BCI will go through all the challenges filled by candidates and evaluate their worthiness, before finalising the correct keys for incorrect ones (if any).

Publication of final answer key of AIBE XV (15)

The final AIBE XV answer key 2020 will be published before the declaration of results. Key features of the final answer key of AIBE XV include:

1. It cannot be challenged any further

2. Keys mentioned in the AIBE 2020 answer keys will be deemed to be correct answers to questions asked in the exam.

3. The final answer key will be used for the evaluation of answer sheets and marking purposes.

The BCI hasn’t specified an exact date for the declaration of AIBE 2020 results, but has notified that it may be declared in the first week of May. AIBE XV (15) results would be declared in online mode at the official website: allindiabarexamination.com.

• The result of AIBE XV 2020 would simply be declared as pass or fail

• AIBE XV 2020 result won’t include either the total or sectional marks obtained by the candidate.

• Such candidates who qualify in the AIBE XV exam will be issued a CoP certificate , which is a permit to practice law in courts.
