NEW DELHI: Close to 5.25 lakh candidates passed with the first division in Bihar Board Class 12 exams 2024. The Bihar School Examination Board declared the BSEB Inter result 2024 today. 87.21% of students qualified for the Intermediate exam. 5.04 lakh students passed with the second division while 96,595 passed the exam with third division. A total of 12,91,684 candidates including 6,69,467 male candidates and 6,22,217 female had appeared for the Bihar Board Inter exam 2024. Of total, 11,26,439 students have been declared pass. Girls outshined boys this year as well with an overall pass percentage of 88.84% while boys secured 85.69%.
Across the streams, 94.88% commerce students passed while science students secured 87.80%. The passing percentage of arts stream stood at 86.15%
While declaring the results, the BSEB chairman informed that the Bihar board 12th result 2024 has been declared in record 29 days by checking over 68 lakh answer sheets. Mritunjay Kumar topped the board examination with 96.20% marks.
