NEW DELHI: Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani has released the BITSAT 2020 hall ticket on September 13 at bitsadmission.com. Candidates can now download the BITSAT hall ticket 2020 till September 23 using the user id and password. The BITSAT 2020 admit card contains many details such as application number, test date, test centre address, exam time, and exam day guidelines. BITSAT 2020 exam dates are September 16 to 18 and 21 to 23, 2020.

Along with the BITSAT admit card, the authorities have also released important instructions for candidates on COVID-19 and self-declaration form. Candidates are required to carry the BITSAT 2020 self-declaration form at the exam centre to be allowed to appear in the exam. The self-declaration form is about any symptoms of COVID-19.

Things to carry at BITSAT exam centre 2020

  • Mask

  • Gloves

  • Personal hand sanitizer (50ml)

  • Transparent water Bottle

  • Simple pen

  • Exam related documents (Admit Card, ID Card, etc.)

  • Self-declaration form

BITSAT Hall Ticket 2020 - Important Instructions For Candidates On COVID-19

  • Candidates must maintain social distance starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue.

  • Candidate must bring their own Mask, Gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50ml), transparent water Bottle, a simple pen and the exam related documents (BITSAT 2020 Admit Card, ID Card, etc.). No other items will be permitted inside the exam venue.

  • Candidates should carry a signed self-declaration as given with the BITSAT hall ticket. No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre without it.

  • Candidates having COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed to enter into the BITSAT 2020 exam venue.

  • The entry of the candidates will be given as per time slot given through SMS to maintain social distancing at the BITSAT exam centre.

  • Temperature of a candidate will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermo Gun. Only those candidates whose temperature is within the acceptability limits as approved by competent authorities will be allowed inside the exam venue.

  • Mapping of 'Candidate's Roll Number and the Lab Number' will not be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be provided to the candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the exam venue after verifying their Admit Card and ID proof.

  • Candidates need to follow directions given by representatives & need to stand in the circles drawn at the entry points.

  • At the registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using sanitizer provided at the desk.

  • The photograph will be captured during the registration for the purpose of authentication later during the admission process.

  • Candidates will be under CCTV coverage throughout the exam duration within the lab.

  • Candidates are required to report at the exam venue strictly as per the time slot informed via SMS on his/her registered mobile number one day prior to the exam date.

  • Candidates should strictly adhere to the time slot as entry into the test centre will be provided based upon the individual's time slot only.
