BITSoM concluded placements with top 10% of batch securing average package of Rs 37.02 lakh while average of top 30% students is Rs 30.42 lakh.

NEW DELHI: The BITS school of management (BITSoM) concluded its campus placements for the 2021-23 MBA batch. The institute saw the highest package at Rs 50.10 lakh per annum and an average package at Rs 23.85 lakh.
Students that had previous full-time work experience and had declared their last drawn salaries at an average of Rs 7.34 lakh were placed with an average salary of Rs 20.18 lakh per annum. The institute reported that the top 10% of the batch secured an average package of Rs 37.02 lakh while the average of the top 30% students is Rs 30.42 lakh. Top 50% students got an average salary of Rs 28.17 lakh.

The BITSoM placement 2023 saw offers from various domains such as general management, consulting, sales and marketing, product management and technology, and finance. Companies including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Co., Kearney, Arthur D Little, Praxis Consulting, EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte India, and MXV Consulting hired during the placement process.
In the BFSI sector, companies such as JP Morgan Chase (investment banking), Cervin Ventures (venture capital), Eight Capital (private equity), Aditya Birla Capital, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Yes Bank, and FlexiLoans also recruited students. In addition to this, Hindustan Unilever, Pidilite, Aditya Birla Group, Vodafone Idea made offers for their flagship management trainee programmes.

Furthermore, employers such as Signify, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, Eureka Forbes, BP, Arcelor Mittal, CISCO, Bosch, Tiivra, and HT Media, FanPlay IOT, Freyr Solutions, Zapcom, Accenture, HSBC Technology, Wolters Kluwer, also recruited students.
