NEW DELHI: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the provisional answer key of the 32nd Bihar Judicial Services Preliminary examination. The candidates can download the answer key of law and general studies for A, B, C and D question paper series on official website -- bpsc.bih.nic.in. Candidates can raise objections against the BPSC 32nd Judicial Services Prelims answer key 2023 by July 22.

The examination had two papers, general studies and law, carrying 100 and 150 marks, respectively.

The objections can be raised only through offline mode. The candidates will have to send the objections in the format given on the notification with name and roll number at controller of examination, Bihar Public Service Commission, 15, Nehru Path, Patna 800001.The commission will not consider objections received through email.

The BPSC will constitute a committee of experts to review the candidates' feedback. The final answer key will be prepared and the OMR sheets will be examined using it.

This year the BPSC will fill 155 vacant seats of judges in Bihar. Following the preliminary exam, a main exam and interview will be conducted to select the qualified candidates. There will be five papers -- general knowledge, elementary general science, general hindi, general english, law evidence and procedure. Papers 1 and 5 will be worth 150 marks each, while the remaining three papers will be of 100 marks each. Candidates will have to choose any three optional papers (150 marks each) from constitutional and administrative law of India, hindu law & Muhammadan law, law of transfer of property, principles of equity, and law of trusts and specific relief, law of contracts and torts, commercial law.
