BPSC Civil Services Application Form 2018 for Mains Exam to Begin from March 12

NEW DELHI, MARCH 11 : Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the dates to fill BPSC Civil Services Mains application form 2018. Candidates who have been shortlisted in the preliminary exam can fill the application form for mains exam from March 12, 2019. The last day to fill BPSC Civil Services 2018 mains application form is April 2, 2019.
To fill the mains online application form, candidates will have to visit the official website - https://onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in/main/home. First, candidates will have to pay the application fee for the mains exam. General and other candidates will have to pay Rs. 750 whereas female candidates of all categories and PwD/SC/ST candidates will have to pay the Rs. 200.
The application fee can be paid from March 12 to 26, 2019. After the payment of application fee, the link to fill the application form will be available the next day after 11 am. Post, filling of the application form online, candidates will have to send the same with the attached documents to the address provided by BPSC. The hard copy of the mains application form can be sent till April 15, 2019 (5:00 pm) at Bihar Public Service Commission, 15, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, Near Bailey Road, Patna, Bihar.
The mains exam of BPSC Civil Services Exam 2018 is expected to be conducted in June 2019. There will be three subjects in the mains exam where two papers are compulsory - General Hindi and General Studies. Candidates can choose any one subject as their optional paper. General Hindi will be conducted for 100 marks whereas General Studies will have two papers carrying 300 marks each and the optional paper will be conducted for 300 marks.
BPSC conducts BPSC Civil Services Exam for the recruitment of candidates to various posts like Revenue Officer, Block Panchayat Officer, Assistant Registrars in Cooperative Societies, Bihar Police Service etc. As many as 19,109 candidates have been shortlisted to appear for mains exam.
