BPSC TRE 3 registrations 2024 likely to begin from February 10; exams in March

NEW DELHI: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is expected to start the registration process for the BPSC Teacher Recruitment Exam (TRE 3) from this week of February on the official website, bpsc.bih.nic.in. The official BPSC TRE 3 notification 2024 is yet to be out. The BPSC TRE 2 exam is likely to be held in March. The BPSC TRE 2 was held to fill 69,706 vacancies in Classes 6 to 12.

BPSC chairman, Atul Prasad announced that the registration process for BPSC TRE 3 will commence from February 10 and will conclude on February 23. As per past trends, the application fee is likely to be Rs 750 for general candidates whereas, candidates who are female and those who belong to the reserved categories the registration fee is expected to be Rs 200.

The BPSC conducts the teacher recruitment exam to select qualified applicants for the posts of Primary Teacher (PRT), Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), and Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT). The BPSC TRE 3 selection process consists of three stages- written test, document verification, and medical test.

Atul Prasad also announced that the BPSC TRE 3 results will be declared in March and there will be no supplementary result. He further said that BPSC TRE 4 will be held in August.

BPSC TRE 3: Exam pattern

The BPSC TRE 3 exam will include 3 papers for secondary teachers. First paper will be of language, second paper is of general studies and third will include the concerned subject. Each question carries 1 marks and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The duration of BPSC TRE 3 exam will be 2 hours 30 minutes.
