Download EBookNEW DELHI, MARCH 30 : Bihar School Examination Board has released the Bihar Board class 12 result in online mode. In the press conference held, it was announced that 79.76% of students passed the exam. A total of 13,15,382 students had appeared for the exam out of which 10,19,795 have passed. Candidates who appeared for the board exams held between February 6 to 16, 2019 can login to check and download their class 12 result. The BSEB class 12 result has been announced for all streams - Arts, Commerce and Science. Know how to check the result below.

What to check after downloading result?
Since the result mentions all the details of the candidate including name, roll number, roll code, date of birth, subject name, marks in different subjects, total marks, and division, it is mandatory that all details be checked. The class 12 result is an important document hence it is crucial that all details are mentioned correctly in it.
The results were declared by the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department RK Mahajan in presence of BSEB chairman Anand Kishore. BSEB has announced the results for class 12 in a record time this year with the board taking extra precautions over credentials and performances of the toppers to avoid scandals as in the past years.
Topper Awards:
As per media reports it is expected that the first rank holders will be given a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh each, along with a laptop and a kindle e-reader. The second and third rank holders are expected to be awarded a cash prize of Rs 75,000 and Rs 50,000 each while the fourth and fifth rank holder from each stream will be given Rs 15,000 and a laptop each.
