NEW DELHI, SEPTEMBER 09: Bihar School Education Board (BSEB) has released the online applications for Secondary Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) 2019 on September 09, 2019. The examination is to fill in 35337 vacancies out of which 25270 vacancies are for secondary schools (Class 9 and 10), whereas 12065 vacancies are for higher secondary schools (Class 11 and 12).
Candidates can fill the online application form and pay the fee for the Bihar Education Board till September 18, 2019. The exam dates and admit card release dates will be intimidated by the Bihar Education Board soon.
Application fees:

Age limit:
The minimum age to participate is 21 years and the maximum age will vary for various categories as mentioned below;

How to apply for BSEB Bihar STET 2019?
Candidate can apply in two steps;
1.Registrations,
2. Form filling.
Visit the official link - bsebstet2019.in/, and click on the ‘Registrations Tab’
Step 1:
Registrations process:
Select the post you have to apply for;
Secondary Teachers Paper I
Secondary Teachers Paper II
Physical Education and Health Instructor
Enter your District, Qualifications, Name, DOB, valid Email ID and active mobile number. On the Email ID and mobile number, the registration credential (Application number) will be sent.
Step 2:
Form filling process:
Candidates will have to log in using the application number sent on their mobile number and email ID for being able to fill the form.
Here candidates will have to enter their personal details, educational qualifications, a passport-sized colour photograph and signature.
Step 3:
Pay the application fee.
Post application fee payment, candidates must click on ‘Print Registration Slip’ and take the print out of the receipt.
Education qualifications for STET:
For General category, a graduation and B.Ed degree from a government recognised university with 50% in aggregate and for OBC, SC/ST and Physically Handicapped the same education certificates with 45% in aggregate.
The examination will be objective in nature and it will be conducted in two shifts. First shift of Paper 1 for secondary schools will be from 10 AM to 12:30 PM- Second shift of Paper 2 will be for higher secondary schools from 2 PM to 4:30 PM.
