BSEB DElEd Results 2025: A total of 28,825 second-year and 30,446 first-year candidates pass, while 32.30% of teachers clear the Sakshamta exam, with class-wise pass percentages ranging from 29% to 55%.

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the results of the Sakshamta tests and Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) training course exam today, September 4, 2025. Candidates can check their results online at secondary.biharboardonline.com using their user ID and password.
For the Bihar DElEd second-year exam of the 2023–25 session, BSEB issued 31,695 admit cards, of which 28,825 candidates passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 90.94%. The exams were conducted in two shifts at the district headquarters from June 16 to June 19, 2025.
For the Bihar DElEd first-year exam of the 2024–26 session, 32,941 candidates received admit cards, and 30,446 candidates declared pass, yielding a pass percentage of 92.43%. The Biahr DElEd 1st year exams were held from June 21 to June 27, 2025, in two shifts.
The BSEB Sakshamta or Competency Test (CTT) 2025 was conducted for teachers working in local bodies across Class 1 to Class 12 from July 23 to July 25, 2025. A total of 24,436 candidates appeared for the exam from of which 7,893 were declared successful, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 32.30%.
“The declared results are provisional, as the Education Department will conduct counselling for all successful teacher candidates. The department will issue separate notifications for the counselling process,” the official notice said.

The BSEB states that previously, two Bihar Sakshamta exams were conducted in 2024. The Sakshamta exam 2025 (First) was held from February 26 to March 6, with 1,99,027 candidates appearing and 1,87,818 candidates passing, resulting in a pass percentage of 94.37%.
The Sakshamta exam 2025 (Second) took place from August 23 to 26, with 81,348 candidates appearing and 66,143 candidates passing, achieving a pass percentage of 81.31%.
According to the board, across all three Sakshamta exams, a total of 2,61,854 candidates have been declared successful, qualifying for local body teaching positions and the associated state employee status.
