NEW DELHI - The Border Security Force (BSF) is inviting online applications to recruit candidates for various posts. As per the notification released by BSF, there are a total of 228 vacancies that are to be filled under the BSF recruitment. The posts are of Draftsman, Technical, Carpenter, Generator Mechanic, SI Works, SI Electrical, Cobbler and others. The last date to apply is post-wise.
- The last date for Engineering Cadre is October 15, 2020
- The last date for Group C posts is October 28, 2020
- The last date for Group B, Airwing and Constable Tradesman is October 23, 2020

As per the academic qualification, these are the post wise criteria -
- Constable (Tradesman) - Matriculation and 02 years of work experience in the respective field
- SI - Works - 3 years diploma in Civil Engineering
- JE/SI - Electrical - 3 years diploma in Electrical Engineering
- ASI - Assistant Aircraft Mechanic - 3 years diploma in Telecommunication Engineering
- ASI - Assistant Aircraft Radio Mechanic - 3 years diploma in Telecommunication Engineering
- ASI - Draftsman - Matric with Diploma
- HC - Plumber - Matric with ITI
- HC - Carpenter/Mason - Matric with ITI
- CT - Generator Mechanic - Matric with ITI
- CT - Lineman - Matric with ITI
- CT - Generator Operator - Matric with ITI
- CT - Sewer Man - Matric
Age limit -
- Constable Tradesman Man - 18 to 23 Years
- Constable Tradesman Both (Male & Female) - 18 to 19 Years
- Group B Engineering - 18 to 25 Years
- Group C Air-wing - 18 to 28 Years
- Group C - 18 to 25 Years
- Engineering - 18 to 19 Years
