CAT 2019 answer key remains unchanged, objections overruled

NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 12: Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode has issued a notification on its official website in which it has stated that the objections raised against the questions in CAT 2019 were carefully examined by panel of experts and the answer key for the same will remain unchanged. The expert panel thoroughly went through the objections that were received by them and came to the conclusion that no change would be made in the CAT2019 answer key that was issued by IIM Kozhikode.

• One of the biggest advantages of CAT 2019 answer key is that candidates will be able to calculate their score

• Calculation of score should be done on the basis of the sectional marking scheme

• Candidates should adhere to the marks that are allotted to each section and if there is negative marking then they should calculate their marks accordingly.

Facility that was provided to raise objections against CAT Answer Key

• Candidates had to login on the official website using their registered id and password

• Click on the objection form

• Now click on the plus sign to raise the objection

• Candidates had to select the section name, question number and type of objection that was raised

• Remarks of upto 500 words could be added

• Candidates had to pay Rs 1200 per objection

What After CAT 2019 Answer Key ?

Now that IIM Kozhikode has announced that there were no changes in the answer key of CAT 2019, hence the next step will be the announcement of result on January 6. All the shortlisted candidates will have to participate in the selection process which includes the group discussion, personal interview and written ability test.
