CAT 2024: IIM Rohtak announces admission criteria 2025; exam score gets 60% weightage

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak has announced the MBA admission criteria 2025. As per the IIM Rohtak admission criteria 2025, CAT scores have been allotted 60% weightage. The IIM Calcutta conducted the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 on November 24, and result were declared on December 19.
As per IIM Rohtak admission policy 2025, final selection will be based on CAT 2024 score, Personal Interview (PI), academic record and gender diversity. The IIM Rohtak's official notice read, "While merit is the prime consideration, the Institute recognizes a possibility of skewed student structure in favour of male gender and engineering and related subjects at graduation in the normal course. Hence, it strives to ensure a better balance in opportunities among different subject streams and genders. It is also part of IIM Rohtak’s approach to duly recognize academic and gender diversity."
IIM Rohtak Admission 2025 Stage 1: CAT 2024 cut-off and registration

As per the IIM Rohtak official notice, the registration process has already commenced and the deadline to submit the form is January 3, 11:59 pm. Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 3,095 to complete the registration process. As per IIM Rohtak, eligible candidates will receive an email with a web-link for PI process.

IIM Rohtak Admission 2025 Stage 2: Personal interview
Stage 2 of IIM Rohtak admission 2025 process involves a Personal Interview (PI). Candidates will receive an email with a call letter containing details such as the interview date, time, and guidelines. The PI may include questions on academic background, work experience, current affairs, career goals, and knowledge of the chosen field or program.
IIM Rohtak Selection Process 2025: Parameters and weightage
In the IIM Rohtak final selection process 2025, CAT percentile will carry a weightage of 60%, while the Personal Interview score will account for 20%. An additional 20% weightage will be allocated to academic and gender diversity. A merit or rank list will be prepared based on these components- CAT, PI , and diversity. Candidates will be notified about stage 4 of the admission process accordingly.
IIM Rohtak MBA admission 2025 offer letter
Provisional admission at IIM Rohtak is granted based on merit, rank, seat availability, and reservation policies. Shortlisted candidates will receive an offer letter via email from the institute's official ID. To accept the offer, candidates are required to pay the offer acceptance amount within the stipulated timeframe through the admission portal, after which a confirmation letter will be issued.

The IIM Rohtak MBA admission offer letter will detail the reporting requirements and joining formalities, including deadlines for fee payment, necessary documents like affidavits, ID proof, medical and vaccination certificates, category certificates (if applicable), and hostel application forms, along with the schedule for classes.
Reporting at IIM Rohtak
Candidates are required to log in to the institute's website using their credentials to pay the required term and mess fees by the deadline mentioned in the offer letter. On the reporting day, the admission team will verify documents and allocate hostel rooms. Hostel rooms, (twin-sharing AC accommodations for male and female students) will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
