Candidates who will be appearing for one of the most coveted management entrance exam must keep in mind certain important points before they register for CAT 2019.

Key Points To Remember
1. Keep all the important documents and information ready
Candidates must ensure that they have all the documents ready with them before they start filling the application form for CAT 2019. The dimensions and specifications of the documents should be in accordance with the guidelines that have been laid down by the authorities. Among the documents that need to be uploaded are scanned image of the candidate, signature and certificates related to caste.
2. Have a valid email address and mobile number
While proceeding to register for CAT 2019, candidates must have a valid email address and mobile number with them as it is here that they will receive all the communication from the authorities pertaining to the exam. Any incorrect information might prove detrimental for the candidates as they might not receive it if they provide wrong email and mobile number
3. Check the Browser
The browsers that can be used by the candidates while registering for CAT 2019 include internet explorer (version 11 and above), Google Chrome, (version 50 to 69), Mozilla Firefox (version 50 to 61).
4. Check the CAT Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should first go through the parameters that have been laid down by the authorities before filling the application form. They must check the academic parameters as well as other information related to marks, work experience etc.
5. No changes allowed after paying the fees
Correct information should be furnished by the candidates as they fill the application form as they will not be allowed to make any changes in it after they have paid the fees. Once the form has been filled completely, candidates must download and take its print out.
About CAT 2019
The Common Admission Test (CAT) will be conducted in computer-based in two slots on November 24. Candidates who qualify the entrance exam, they would have to participate in the next round of selection which will be group discussion and interview.
