CBSE 12th main exams 2019 - Know these points to avoid losing marks

Apply NowNEW DELHI, March 1: CBSE 12th class main examinations are scheduled to be held from tomorrow i.e. March 2, 2019 with English subject. The CBSE has made all the necessary arrangements to conduct exams smoothly without any kind of malpractice. Exams will begin at 10:30 am sharp in the morning. Candidates should go through the CBSE class 12 datesheet and remember the following points:

Important points for exam day

Reach the examination hall at 9:30 am in proper uniform. No student will be allowed to enter after 10 am.

Carry ID card and admit card duly signed by parents and Principal else you will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.

Don’t carry bags and other things as these are not allowed in the examination hall.

There will be 24 students in a class and question paper packets will be opened in front of students.

No student or invigilator is allowed to carry mobile phones in the examination hall.
Tips to avoid losing marks

Read and analyze the question paper to devise the strategies to attempt the questions efficiently.

Attempt the questions FIRST to which you know the answer completely.

Write neat and specific answers with proper headings and subheadings. Avoid writing irrelevant topics.

Underline the important point in the answers to highlight them.

Make appropriate graphs and diagrams for better visualisation.

Try to attempt all the questions and write as much as you know about them.

Don’t waste much time on the question which confuse you. Solve other questions first then come back to them.

Spare some time for revising the answer sheet to rectify the mistake, if any. It will ensure you about the accuracy of answers.
The exams will continue till April 4, 2019 and the result for said exams will be declared in the last week of May 2019.
