CBSE Board Exam 2020: Memes for Class 10 and 12 examinees

NEW DELHI : In a novel attempt, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) posted memes to communicate with Class 10 and 12 students who sat for the first exam on Saturday.
The CBSE conducted the first board exams for Class 10 and 12 where a total of 55,364 candidates appeared in 36 subjects including retailing, security, agriculture, healthcare, media, geospatial technology, music production and more.
Earlier, on February 14, the exam conducting authority had released a series of guidelines for the students sitting for the board examination.
Along with the formal circular, the CBSE posted memes to communicate guidelines and motivate the students. The memes were circulated through the twitter and Instagram handle of CBSE.

Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank', the Minister of Human Resource and Development also wished luck to the exam takers through a tweet invoking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s advice given during “Pariksha pe Charcha”.

Modi, ahead of the exam, also extended his best wishes to the “young exam warriors.”

According to a statement released by CBSE, this year, a total of 18,89,878 students have registered for the Class 10 board exams. While the number of registered candidates for Class 12 board exams is 12,06,893.
In Class 10, as many as 7,88,195 are girls, 11,01,664 are boys and 19 transgender students. In Class 12, there are 5,22,819 girls, 6,84,068 are boys and six transgender students, the CBSE further stated
