CBSE extends CTET application correction facility till April 7; hurry up!

NEW DELHI, APRIL 4: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had extended the application correction facility of CTET 2019 for July session till April 7. Earlier, the CTET application correction window was to be available till April 1, however, now the authority has given some extra days for making all the corrections/changes in the submitted data and particulars in CTET application form 2019. This means that registered candidates have now got another 6 days for application correction. Thus, candidates are advised to quickly avail this facility, not leaving it for the last day.  

Earlier, CBSE had released the online application form of CTET 2019 on February 5, while the last date for application filling was March 14. However, the fee payment was allowed till March 15. Along with filling the application form of CTET, if the fee payment was not done, the application form would not be considered complete and thus would be rejected by the authority. 

Now, all the candidates whose applications would have been accepted by CBSE, will be able to get their admit card. CTET admit card 2019 is expected to be out by the last week of June, as the examination will be held on July 7, 2019. 

CTET is held for offering eligibility certificate to the candidates based on which they are considered eligible to apply as teachers from class I to VIII. Candidates who aspire to be teachers from class I to V have to appear for paper I, while aspirants to be teachers of class VI to VIII are needed to appear in paper II. However, there is a provision wherein if any candidate (who wants to be a teacher from class I to VIII, have to appear in both the papers – paper I and II.
