Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the CDS 1 application form 2022 today, December 22, 2021. Candidates can complete CDS 2022 registration from the UPSC official website- upsc.gov.in. UPSC CDS 1 2022 application form is available in two parts. Candidates should first complete CDS registration 2022. After successful registration, candidates can proceed to fill UPSC CDS 1 application form 2022.

Candidates can apply online on the website-upsconline.nic.in. The instructions for filling up the application form are given on the above website. The candidates who don’t want to appear in the exam can withdraw the application form from January 18, 2022 to January 24, 2022 till 6.00 pm.

About CDS 1 2022
The Union Public Service Commission conducts combined defence services (CDS) exams at the national level to fill up the vacancies in all the three segments of Indian defence services- army, navy, and air force mainly to recruit commissioned officers. The CDS 1 exam is conducted in online mode for two hours. UPSC CDS question papers are compiled in English and Hindi languages. The UPSC announced CDS 1 exam date as April 10, 2022 in its official notification. There are a total of 341 vacancies are available for CDS 1 exam 2022.
The candidates who qualify CDS 1 exam 2022 will join the different training institutes of Indian Defence Services as per posts - Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, and Officers Training Academy (male & female).
