Project Assistant– III	35 years	M.E./ M.Tech (ECE/ NanoScience & Technology/ Microelectronics/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Semiconductor Technologies/ Control Systems/ E&TC/ MEMS) OR B.Tech/ M.Sc (Electronics/ Instrumentation/ ECE) + 2 years experience
Project Assistant– II	30 years	B.E./ B.Tech (Electronics/ ECE/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Mechatronic) or equivalent Or M.Sc (Electronics/ Physics/ E&I)
Junior Research Fellow	30 years	B.Tech (ECE/ Electrical Engg./ Electronics/ Mechanical Engg./ Computer Science) Or M.Sc (Electronics/ Physics)
