CFA Level 1 results 2023 for November exam declared; pass percentage drops

NEW DELHI: The CFA Institute has declared the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) level 1 results 2023 for the exam held in November. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results through the official website, cfainstitute.org. The level 1 pass percentage has dropped to 35% as compared to the previous exam.

As per the 10-year results, a total of 28,953 candidates passed the exam while 10,104 could not pass. CFA level 1 November 2023 result will mention the qualifying status and information about the performance of the candidate in topic level.

“After each exam administration, the CFA Institute Board of Governors sets the minimum passing score (MPS) for each level. The purpose for this approach is to ensure fairness to candidates across administrations as the difficulty of each test is taken into account when setting the MPS,” the institute said on its website.

The CFA November exam results 2023 will be available for a year after the exam date.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download CFA level 1 results.

• Visit the CFA institute official website, cfainstitute.org.
• Click on the CFA programme tab and select CFA institute
• Now, click on CFA programs and then CFA result.
• Click on the link that reads “Access the result”
• Enter the email address and click on the continue button.
• The CFA level 1 result will be displayed
• Download and save it for future reference.
