Understanding the CFA Result 2019
The concerned authority fixes a minimum passing score (MPS) for CFA result 2019 based on a number of factors including the difficulty of each exam. The exact figures of MPS or even the individual candidate score is not declared by CFA. The CFA result is depicted with a thin dashed black line indicating the minimum passing score (MPS) for overall exam. There is a thick blue line as well which represents candidate’s score in this exam. If the thick blue line lies above the MPS line, the candidate is deemed passed. If the line lies below the MPS line, it implies that the candidate did not pass.
Those candidates who pass CFA Level 1 are eligible to appear for CFA Level 2, while those passing Level 2 become eligible to appear for CFA Level 3. It may be noted that with each level of CFA, the exam difficulty level increases and thus, candidates are required to pack their backs and prepare with more effort for the next level.
CFA Institute is the body that conducts CFA Program for investment management professionals. The exams are conducted in three stages where candidates have to register, appear and pass all levels. CFA Level 1 is conducted twice a year (June and December), while Level 2 and 3 are conducted once a year, i.e. in June only.
