CG PPHT 2021 application form to be released today at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in

NEW DELHI: The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CG Vyapam) will release the application form for Chhattisgarh Pre-Pharmacy Test (CG PPHT) today. CG PPHT application form 2021 will be released for candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria. The application form can be filled online at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in. Students can fill CG PPHT 2021 registration till May 16. CG PPHT 2021 exam date has been announced. The exam will be held on June 17, 2021, in offline mode.

A student must be 17 years of age to fill the application form. While the upper age limit should not exceed more than 30 years as on July 1, 2021. General category candidates must have secured 45% in Class 12 with Biology/Biotechnology/Mathematics.

How to fill CG PPHT 2021 application form

• Go to vyapam.cgstate.gov.in

• Click on ‘online application’ tab

• Click on the notice for CG PPHT application form

• Select the course in which one wants to apply

• Then, upload the passport size photograph and signature as per the specifications

• Fill the required personal, academic, contact and other asked details

• Pay the CG PPHT registration fees in an online mode through credit/debit card and net banking

• Take a printout of the filled-in application form for future references

What after CG PPHT 2021 application form?

In case of any mistake during registration, aspirants can edit through the CG PPHT 2021 application correction window facility. The correction window facility will be available from May 17 to 21, 2021. After the completion of the application process, the authority will issue CG PPHT admit card 2021 to all the registered candidates in online mode. Aspirants need to log in using the required credentials to download the admit card. The hall ticket and other relevant documents must be carried to the exam centre for verification purpose.
