NEW DELHI: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has released the round 2 seat allotment result 2024 and cut-off for BTech programmes. Candidates who participated in the COMEDK counselling 2024 can check seat allotment status on the official website, comedk.org.

Along with the cut-off, the authority has also announced vacant seats. Seat allotted candidates can accept seats and make fee payment by July 29. Those who confirm the seats will have to report to the allotted institute between July 26 and July 30.

How to check COMEDK seat allotment result 2024?

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the allotment:

  • Go to the official counselling website, comedk.org
  • Login with your credentials
  • Click on decision-making tab
  • Scroll down to allotment details section
  • The details of allotted college will be displayed.
  • Download the allotment and accept seats

COMEDK Counselling 2024: Options after seat allotment

Seat allotted candidates can take one of the following decisions after announcement of allotment.

  • Accept and freeze: You are satisfied with the allotted seat and willing to report to the college and do not wish to participate in any subsequent rounds. Download your online allotment letter and fee payment receipt and report to college in person as per the date mentioned in your allotment letter by fulfilling other requirements.
  • Accept and upgrade: You are satisfied with the allotted seat but wish to participate in the next round. If higher options are allotted in subsequent round then previously allotted seat gets cancelled automatically or if higher option seats are not allotted then earlier allotted seat shall remain.
  • Reject and upgrade: You are not satisfied with the allotted seat. You are rejecting the allotted seat but wish to participate in the next round to check for allotment of higher preferences.
  • Reject and withdraw: You are not satisfied with the allotted seat and do not wish to participate in further rounds.
