The tuition fee for several courses at the Karnataka colleges and institutions varies from Rs 64,000 to Rs 8 lakh, depending on the college and course type.

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental College of Karnataka (COMEDK) has declared the result for Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET 2025) for admission to various UG programmes, offered by colleges in Karnataka. 

Candidates, who appeared for the entrance test, will be able to access their result through the official website at comedk.org at 2 pm.

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) will announce the Undergraduate Entrance Test 2025 (UGET 2025) results in half an hour. Candidates will be able to download rank card at 2 pm on comedk.org. 

User ID in COMEDK result or applicant login means the application number. Candidates will have to key in their COMEDK application number in the space provided for user ID. 

Candidates can follow the steps given below to view and download the COMEDK UGET results 2025. 

• Visit the COMEDK official website, comedk.org. 
• Now, click on the COMEDK result link or the 'Login' link on the top right corner. 
• The COMEDK UGET score card download link 2025 will be displayed. 
• Enter your COMEDK application number and password on the space provided.
• COMEDK rank card 2025 will be displayed. 
• Take a screenshot or download it for future reference.

Students who secure 150 marks and above in COMEDK UGET exam are likely to obtain a rank between 1 to 150. Candidates can calculate their probable scores using the final answer key to predict their rank in the Karnataka COMEDK results 2025. 

Obtaining 70 marks in COMEDK is considered an average score. Candidates with 140 and above marks in the entrance exam have higher chances of getting admission in their desired college. 

Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology-Yelahanka, Bengaluru, ranked number 69 in the NIRF ranking, will offer admission to its BTech programmes based on COMEDK rank. The closing rank for general merit category for the BTech AI and Machine Learning courses in round 1 was 8580 and for Karnataka category it was 33698.

The COMEDK cut-off for BTech Computer Science Engineering (CSE) with data science was 8624 for general and 40080 for KKR category.

BMS College of Engineering-Basavanagudi, Bengaluru offers Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science (DS), Machine Learning (ML), and Aerospace Engineering courses. Last year’s round 1 COMEDK cut-off ranks for BMS College of Engineering Bangalore under general merit is given below.

As per the COMEDK qualifying marks, general and OBC category candidates who obtain 45% will be declared pass and SC, ST candidates with 40% will be considered eligible for counselling. 

COMEDK UGET and Uni-GAUGE 2025 is combined single entrance exam for admission to first year courses in BE and BTech. The scorecard download link for the Uni-GAUGE will be live at 2 pm on the official website, unigauge.com.

Candidates aiming for computer science engineering can check the closing rank of top Karnataka engineering colleges along with the NIRF rankings. Last year’s BE CSE cut-offs for general category are given below.  

COMEDK rank card will be available only through the applicant login. Candidates appearing for COMEDK UGET 2025 counseling should download and take printout of the scorecard. "No Rank Card will be dispatched either by email/post /courier / in person to the candidates under any circumstances," it said. 

The COMEDK UGET 2025 was conducted in multiple shifts. To ensure that the varying difficulty level in the shifts do not benefit or disadvantage the candidates, the Consortium has implemented a tie-breaking method. In case two or more candidates obtained the same marks, the following tie-breaking rule will be applied to prepare the rank list. 

• Higher percentile in physics and mathematics in the COMEDK UGET
• Higher percentile in mathematics in the UGET entrance test
• Higher percentile in chemistry in COMEDK UGET
• Older candidates will be ranked higher in the rank list.

Over 11,000 candidates obtained the top three percentile range in this year’s COMEDK results 2025. 

• 11,412 candidates placed in the 90th-100th percentile
• 11,446 candidates in the 80th–90th percentile
• 11,723 students in 70th-80th percentile range.

According to reports, 1,31,937 candidates submitted their application to appear for Karnataka UGET 2025 exam. Of which, 1,13,111 candidates appeared for the exam. A majority of 75,396 belonged to other states, while 37,715 from Karnataka.

The COMEDK toppers list 2025 for Karnataka engineering entrance exam has been announced, as per reports. A majority of four candidates in the top 10 belong to Karnataka. 

The COMEDK results 2025 for 1,13,111 candidates have been declared, as per the Times of India report. The COMEDK result link 2025 and scorecard download link will be made available today at 2 pm, it said.  

The Consortium said that the COMEDK final rank list 2025 and individual ranks will be generated based on the performance in the entrance exam. However, those candidates who obtain zero (0) marks will not be assigned any rank.

The registration for the COMEDK UGET 2025 counselling will begin on June 9 and conclude on June 18. Only those who have obtained the minimum cut-off set by the participating institutes will be able to take part in the COMEDK counselling. The COMEDK counselling dates were announced a day before the result date. 

Candidates will have to keep their COMEDK application sequence number or user ID and password handy to check the results through COMEDK login.
