COMEDK UGET 2020 to be held tomorrow; know exam day guidelines

NEW DELHI : Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka will be conducting COMEDK UGET 2020 tomorrow, August 19. COMEDK 2020 will be held as an online exam in 342 exam centres and 30 states. Every year, approximately 70,000 students appear for COMEDK exam for admission into the B.Tech programme offered by the participating institutes of Karnataka. Uni-Gauge-E 2020 will also be held tomorrow with COMEDK UGET 2020 as it is conducted as a single combined test. The authorities released the Uni-Gauge E and COMEDK UGET 2020 admit card on August 11.

COMEDK UGET 2020 exam day guidelines
Students are advised not to take too much stress on them. Also, they should revise the topics that have already been studied by them instead of taking up any new topic. Students can also solve the COMEDK 2020 mock test. Candidates must carefully read the exam day instructions given in the COMEDK hall ticket 2020.

Students should report at the examination centre as per the time mentioned in the COMEDK hall ticket.

Along with the hall ticket and two passport size photographs, applicants should also carry masks, gloves and a hand sanitiser to the exam centre.

No student will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the commencement of the test.

Students should maintain social distance throughout the exam.

Candidates should not carry any electronic device inside the exam centre, failing to bring will lead to the cancellation of the test.

Parents are advised to not to gather near the COMEDK 2020 exam centres. They should accompany their children only if necessary.
Due to the prevailing Covid-19 situation, students and parents were constantly requesting to postpone the test. They also filed PIL but, on August 11, the Karnataka High Court had declined to interfere in the conduct of COMEDK 2020 exam.
