COMEDK UGET 2024 registration closes tomorrow; eligibility, application fee

NEW DELHI: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) will close the registration window for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Test (UGET) 2024 tomorrow, April 10. Interested and eligible candidates who have not yet applied can fill the COMEDK UGET 2024 application form by visiting the official website, comedk.org.

The COMEDK UGET registration fee 2024 is Rs 1,800 without taxes. Candidates appearing for both engineering and medical programmes have to pay Rs 2,950 without convenience fees. As per the official dates, the COMEDK UGET 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on May 12. The exam will be conducted in two shifts - first shift will be held from 9 am to 12 pm and the second shift from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

COMEDK UGET 2024 admit card will be issued on May 6. Candidates will require their registration number and password to download the admit card from the official website. The COMEDK provisional answer key will be out on May 14 and final answer key on May 21. COMEDK UGET 2024 scorecards will be out May 24.

COMEDK UGET 2024 eligibility criteria

Candidates can have a look at the COMEDK UGET 2024 eligibility criteria below.

• Candidates are required to have successfully completed their second PUC, or Class 12 higher secondary, or any equivalent examination recognized by either the state or central government.
• Candidates are mandated to have studied mathematics and physics during their qualifying examination. chemistry is also a compulsory subject, although it can be substituted with biotechnology, biology, computer science, or electronics.
• Applicants are required to have obtained a minimum aggregate score of 45% in physics, chemistry, and mathematics (40% for reserved candidates) and should have passed each subject individually.
• Applicants holding diplomas are not eligible to participate in the exam.

COMEDK UGET 2024: Exam pattern

The COMEDK UGET 2024 will be conducted in online mode. The duration of the COMEDK UGET 2024 exam is 3 hours. The paper will include a total of 180 questions divided into three sections- mathematics, physics and chemistry. Each section in COMEDK UGET will consist of 60 questions. Candidates will be awarded one mark for each correct and there is no negative marking for wrong answer.
