NEW DELHI, AUGUST 7: Central Counselling Board (CCB) has announced the dates for the supernumerary round of CSAB 2019. This round of counselling is held for candidates who meet the state of eligibility of the four UTs - Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Lakshadweep & Kandvi and Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Admissions are provided into NITs, IIITs and CFTIs. All candidates should also have valid JEE Main scores.

It is absolutely necessary for the candidates to meet the eligibility criteria for admissions through the supernumerary round of CSAB 2019. Only those candidates who do not an allotted seat in NIT+ system till second special round 2019 will be eligible for admissions. Allotment will be done as per the merit based on CRL rank.
Central Counselling Board (CCB) has also made an important announcement that CSAB 2019 for admissions into Self Financing Technical Institutes (SFTIs) will not be conducted for this academic year. This decision has been taken due to minimum participation from SFTIs.
