NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency has reopened the window for filling application form of CSIR NET 2020 in online mode. The application window is reopened for all the candidates who have not applied yet or the application procedure is yet to be completed due to COVID-19. The submission or completion of CSIR NET application form can be done only from August 22, 2020 to September 10, 2020. Correction in application form of CSIR NET 2020 can be done from September 11,2020 to September 17,2020. The last date was already extended thrice due to COVID-19 pandemic.

CSIR NET 2020: Key Points to fill application form
Aspirants who have not yet applied or completed their CSIR NET 2020 application form must remember few important key points:

Visit the official website of CSIR NET to complete the application form before last date.

Keep ready all the documents and bank details beforehand to avoid any hassle.

Register and generate login id and password

Provide all the information in the CSIR NET 2020 application form

Upload all the required scanned documents according to the specifications

It is important to pay the application fee of CSIR NET before 11:50 pm of September 10, 2020.

The application fee can be paid only through credit card/debit card/net banking in online mode.

CSIR NET is the national level eligibility test conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for the students who have post graduated from science stream. NTA conducts this exam for the eligibility of Assistant Professor/Lecturer and Junior Research Fellowship. The exam is conducted for two papers. Paper I is a general paper common for every student whereas Paper II is completely based on the subject chosen by aspirants. There is no upper age limit for the post of Assistant Professor/Lecturer. However, for JRF the maximum age limit is 28 years.
