CSIR UGC NET Application Deadline Extended by 4 Days; Now Apply Till March 22

NEW DELHI, MARCH 18: The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has extended the last date to fill the application form of CSIR UGC NET 2019. As per the recent notification published on the authority’s website, candidates can now fill the application form till March 22, 2019.
Earlier, the form could be filled till March 18 only. Candidates who did not fill the application form and wish to apply for the CSIR UGC NET exam for the June session exam has got an extension of 4 days to fill the application form.
To fill the application form, candidates must visit the official website of CSIR - http://csirhrdg.res.in/ and fill all the required details.
Before filling CSIR UGC NET application form 2019 , candidates must have documents like scanned copy of photo and signature, bank details etc ready with them. Along with filling the application form, candidates must also pay the prescribed application fee of Rs.1000 for general, Rs 500 for OBC and Rs. 250 for SC/ST/PWD category in online mode.
CSIR UGC NET 2019 exam is slated to be held on June 16. The test will be conducted to determine the eligibility of the candidates as Assistant Professors and Lecturers and award Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in the faculty of Science. The test will be held for five subjects - Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Science, and Earth Sciences.
