NEW DELHI - The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is conducting the CBSE CTET 2021 exam today in two shifts today. Paper 1 for CTET 2021 will be held from 9:30 a.m to 12:00 p.m and the second shift will be held from 2:00 p.m to 4:30 p.m. The authorities have made adequate arrangements for the CTET 2021 exam with regard to the COVID 19 guidelines that need to be followed at the test centre.

CTET exam which is conducted twice a year could not take place last year due to the novel coronavirus. Every year lakhs of students appear for the CTET exam to be eligible for recruitment for the post of teachers at various government schools.

CTET 2021 - Instructions to be followed at test centre

Mandatory to wear a mask

It is compulsory for all the candidates who will appear for the CTET 2021 exam to wear a mask or else they will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

Carry CTET 2021 Admit Card

All the candidates must bring with them the CTET 2021 admit card or else they will not be granted permission to take the exam. Also along with the admit card, candidates must bring with them a valid photo identity card.

Maintain social distancing

All the candidates at the CTET test centres must ensure that while they make their way to the examination hall, they maintain a distance of six feet from the other person. Also while exiting from the test centre, candidates are required to keep this in mind.

Read the instructions carefully

Once the candidates have entered the CTET 2021 exam hall, they must ensure that after getting the question paper they read all the instructions carefully. Once they get the green signal from the invigilator, then only they should proceed to answer the questions.
