NEW DELHI: CBSE has released the CTET notice regarding exam day guidelines for CTET exam which is scheduled to be conducted on January 31, 2021. The CTET 2021 notice includes all the important points to lower the risk of getting infected from coronavirus pandemic. Use of mask and gloves is mandatory at the CTET exam centre. CBSE already released the CTET admit card 2021 in online mode on the official website - ctet.nic.in. It is mandatory to carry CTET admit card 2021 along with valid photo id proof to the examination hall.

Candidates appearing for CTET exam are advised to follow all the guidelines provided by the government for coronavirus pandemic. Earlier, CTET exam was supposed to be conducted on July 5, 2020 which got postponed due to outbreak of coronavirus pandemic.

Things to carry at CTET exam centre:

As per the CTET notice, there are certain things candidates need to carry with themselves at the CTET exam centre. Check the list of essentials:

  • CTET admit card 2021

  • Valid photo identity card

  • Face mask

  • Gloves

  • Personal hand sanitizer (50ml)

  • Transparent water bottle.

COVID Guidelines need to be followed on CTET exam day:

There are certain exam day guidelines that need to be followed by the candidate on the exam centre. Check below for complete details:

  • Nose and mouth must be covered with a face mask all the time.

  • Social distancing needs to be followed at the exam centre of CTET.

  • Do not exchange any stuff in the examination hall.

  • While coming and returning from the exam centre, safe transportations must be used.

  • Avoid being in touch with strangers.

  • Throw used face masks and tissue in the closed dustbin.

  • Maintain toilet hygiene, during and after the use.

  • Don’t touch eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Don’t hug or shake hands with anyone.

  • Don't spit publicly.

  • Make sure you are not infected or having any symptoms of coronavirus.

  • Seek advice from parents about COVID-19 before and after the exam

Know More about CTET:

The CTET is the national level teacher eligibility test conducted by CBSE twice a year. The exam is conducted to determine the eligibility for the teachers for the recruitment in government affiliated schools on national level such as Kendriya and Navodaya Vidyalayas. The exam will be conducted in offline mode and multiple-choice questions will be answered by candidates.
