NEW DELHI, SEPTEMBER 25: Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) has once again extended the online application submission dates for CTET 2019. In its official notice, CTET has stated that due administerial reasons, the last date have been extended till September 30, 2019 (Monday) and the CTET application fee can now be paid till October 03, 2019 (Thursday) 03:30 PM. CTET has also mentioned new online correction dates. The correction window will be available from October 04 (Friday) to October 10 (Thursday). After the correction window closes, no corrections will be allowed. With the extended dates at hand, candidates who weren’t able to apply for CTET 2019 can apply now.

The online application fee of CTET 2019 for General & OBC candidates is Rs. 700 for one paper and Rs. 1200 for both papers. For candidates belonging to SC/ST and Physically disabled category the CTET 2019 online application fee is Rs. 350 for one paper and Rs. 600 for both papers.

How to apply for CTET 2019:
1: Go to ctet.nic.in
2: Click on ‘CTET December 2019 Application Form’
3: Fill the application form and save Registration/Application credentials
4: Upload latest photograph, signature in scanned format
5: Pay the online application fee through the various payment mediums available
6: Print confirmation page for your future purposes
CBSE conducts the CTET exam which is qualifying in nature and makes the candidate eligible to be appointed as a teacher from classes 1st to 8th. After qualifying CTET, candidates get a certificate which is valid for 7 years and the candidate who scores more than 60% marks in CTET can apply as a teacher in Navoday Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), Kendriya Vidyalaya Schools (KVS), Tribal and other schools.
