NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared that the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2023 answer key challenge period is over for some days. However, NTA will be posting the corrected CUET UG provisional keys every night and candidates can report to NTA regarding errors in the provisional answer key.

The UGC chairman, Mamidala Jagdish Kumar has also made this announcement through his official Twitter handle. "CUET-UG 2023: Although the key challenge period is over, for the next few days, NTA will be posting the corrected provisional keys every night, and candidates can still write to NTA indicating possible errors", M Jagadesh Kumar said.

Earlier, the CUET UG answer key link was earlier made active on June 29. A total of 155 questions from all shifts of the exam were dropped.

More than 14 lakh candidates participated in the CUET UG 2023 examination, which took place from May 21 to June 23. The exam was conducted in nine phases across 387 cities in India and 24 cities outside the country.

To ensure fairness and accuracy in the evaluation process, the NTA has provided a window for candidates to report any possible errors in the provisional answer key.

Although the official key challenge period has concluded, the NTA will be posting the corrected provisional answer keys every night for the next few days. Candidates need to thoroughly review the corrected keys and compare them with their responses. If there are still errors or discrepancies, candidates can write to the NTA indicating the specific issues.

Candidates should ensure that their communication to the NTA clearly outlines the possible errors and provides supporting evidence. The NTA will consider all valid claims and take appropriate action to rectify them.
