CUET UG 2024: Subject choices reduced to 6; list of participating universities, courses

NEW DELHI: The Common University Entrance Test for undergraduate (CUET UG 2024) registration is underway. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the national level entrance test for UG admission 2024 in all central universities and other participating colleges. It has also asked prospective candidates to keep checking the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/, as the ‘list of participating universities is dynamic’.
Qualifying CUET 2024 is not the only factor considered for admission to UG courses. The admission criteria will be decided by the participating universities for each course and will be displayed in their respective official websites.
As per the schedule announced, the CUET UG 2024 registration last date is March 26. The exam will be held between May 15 to 31 at exam centres across the country.
CUET UG: List of central universities
Last year, around 250 colleges opted for CUET UG 2024 to offer admission to UG courses. The NTA is expected to announce the list of other participating universities and addition of new universities granting admission through CUET 2024 on the official website.

CUET UG 2024: List of courses
The CUET exam 2024 will be held for a total of 33 languages and 27 subjects. Candidates are allowed to choose a maximum of six subjects including 1 or 2 languages.
