Delhi government school admission process for classes 6 to 9 begins tomorrow at edudel.nic.in

Delhi Schools Non-Plan Admissions 2024: The document verification process for admission to the allotted school will start on April 30.
NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Education (DoE), Delhi, is set to commence the registration process for admission to Delhi government schools for classes 6 to 9 for the academic session 2024-25 tomorrow, April 8. Parents who seek admission of their children in Delhi government schools are required to fill out the registration form through the official website, edudel.nic.in.
The admission process for Delhi government schools under the non-plan category will be conducted in three cycles. The deadline to register for admission in the first cycle is April 17. The DOE will issue the school allotment list of registered students on April 29. The document submission and verification process for admission to the allotted school will begin from April 30 to May 10, 2024.
Students currently enrolled or placed under the National Service Scheme (NSO) in government or government-aided schools should contact their last attended school for guidance on transfer or readmission procedures, the official notice read.
Delhi Schools Non-Plan Admission 2024: Age criteria
Parents should check the class-wise age criteria for admission to Delhi government schools for classes 6 to 9 from the table given below. Parents are eligible to apply for maximum and minimum age relaxation of six months at the discretion of the Heads of Schools (HoS).
