Delhi Home Guard recruitment begins for 10,285 posts; apply till February 13

NEW DELHI: The Directorate General of Home Guards, Delhi has started the online application process for the recruitment of Home Guards in Delhi on January 24. The last date for submitting the application form is February 13. Eligible candidates can apply online at dghgenrollment.in.

The recruitment drive aims to fill 10,285 home guard vacancies for a period of three years, which can be extended by two more years.

Applicants will have to pay the application fee of Rs 100 to fill out the Delhi home guard application form. Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

“Request for change or correction sought through any mode like post, fax, email, by hand, etc. in any particulars of the online application form, once submitted, will not be entertained under any circumstances and no correspondence will be made in this regard.” the official notice read.

Delhi Home Guard Recruitment 2024: Eligibility criteria

Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for Delhi Home Guard recruitment below-

Age limit: Candidates should not be below 25 years or above 45 years at the time of application. Candidates should not be born earlier than January 2, 1979, and later than January 1, 2004. Upper age limit relaxations are applicable.

Educational qualifications: The minimum educational qualification is Class 12 pass for all candidates except ex-servicemen, ex-(Central Armed Police Forces) CAPF personnel. For ex-servicemen, ex-CAPF personnel the minimum educational qualification is Class 10 pass.

Height: For male candidates, the minimum height should be 165 cm and 152 cm for female candidates.
