DISHA- the management conclave at TAPMI witnesses engagement of 132 companies

NEW DELHI, AUGUST 6: The 11th edition of the annual cross-dimensional management conclave ‘DISHA’ witnessed the engagement of 151 guests from 132 companies over a period of six days. The event “Business Challenges In The Shifting Global Arena”, concluded successfully at T. A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal recently.
The conclave provided an opportunity for the students to interact with industry leaders and deliberate on the emerging trends in their respective fields. The students presented projects taken up by them and sought inputs on how they can improve the projects undertaken by them.
The industry stalwarts counselled the students on how to apply conceptual knowledge at work and get guidance related to emerging trends, contemporary business challenges faced in the industry before they set for placement.
DISHA, conceptualized in 2009, DISHA provides a platform for students to interact with and initiate conversations with industry experts, discover new perspectives, learn about the current challenges and developments in the industry and understand the expectations of the industry as a whole.
Strengthening the institute’s belief in ‘Experiential Learning’, TAPMI in association with Mu Sigma inducted the first batch of its L.E.A.D Program. Country’s first Post Graduate certificate in leadership through analytics and decision sciences intends to create exceptional leaders in the digital age with the required learning mindset to solve real-world business problems.
