DNB CET, PDCET 2020: round one counselling result for sponsored seats out

NEW DELHI: National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the first round allotment result of sponsored seats for online counseling of Diplomate of National Board Centralised Entrance Test (DNB CET) and Postgraduate Centralised Entrance Test (PDCET) on August 21, 2020.

Candidates can download the result of the allotment of Sponsored DNB seats (CET and PDCET) for the 2020 admission session from the official counselling website: cns.natboard.edu.in. The allotment results comprise the details like merit position, roll number, hospital or institute, and specialty. In order to take the admission, aspirants have to pay the first-year course fee and have to physically join the allotted seat till August 31, 2020.
Process after the allotment of result

All eligible aspirants have to log in to their applicant portal with their login credentials at cns.natboard.edu.in

Aspirants have to pay the one-year course fee of Rs.1,25,000/- (excluding payment gateway charges)

After the first-year course fee payment, respective DNB seat will be frozen in favor of the candidate

Aspirants will have to download the allotment letter and visit the allotted hospital to join the seat.

Candidates have to get their documents verified in the original.

After the verification of documents, admission will be granted to the sponsored DNB CET & PDCET seats.
Note: The schedule regarding the second round of the sponsored DNB seat counseling shall be notified shortly on the official website.
About DNB CET and PDCET
Shortlisted aspirants will be granted admission to 2,256 post-MBBS and 1,856 PDCET seats offered in 1,038 and 942 hospitals and colleges, respectively, across India.
