DOST 2020 admission schedule released by TSCHE; check new dates here

NEW DELHI: Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has re-released the Degree Online Services Telangana (DOST) notification 2020 along with the opening of the DOST portal for 2020. According to the TSCHE officials, the DOST registration 2020 for phase I will begin from August 24.
While the registration for phase 1 will be available from August 24 to September 7, the web options for this phase will be operable from August 29 to September 8. Candidates have to pay the registration fee of Rs. 200 while registering for the phase 1 admissions, which can be paid through credit card/debit card/net banking.
Further, the notification stated that the seat allotment for phase 1 admissions will take place on September 16. The online window for candidates to participate in the online self-reporting (by online payment of college fee/seat reservation fee) to confirm their seat for the respective course is available from September 17 to 22.
The admissions to UG and 2 Diploma programmes in Telangana state universities and colleges will take place in three phases. As per the DOST admission schedule, the phase 2 registrations window will be available from September 17 to 23 and the registration fee is Rs. 400. The web options for phase 2 registration can be accessed from September 17 to 23. The seat allotment for phase 2 will take place on September 28.
The third and last phase registration and web option facility will be conducted from September 28 to October 3. The seat allotment for phase 3 registration will be done on October 10, 2020. The phase 3 windlow for online self-reporting (by online payment of college fee/seat reservation fee) for candidates to confirm their seat for the respective course will be available October 8 to 12.
Candidates who have already confirmed their seats by online (self-reporting) during phase 1, phase 2, phase 3 registration must again report to the respective college from October 8 to 12. The date for commencement of class will be announced later.
Earlier, the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) had released the DOST 2020 notification for admission on July 1 . However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic the admission schedule of DOST 2020 was postponed .
