NEW DELHI, MARCH 4: Directorate of School Education, Jammu is providing telephonic guidance or face to face counselling for students and parents to cope with the exam stress and other related issues. DSE has started a helpline with the name of ‘AAO BAAT KARE’ from 10 am to 4:30 pm on all working days.

Class 12th exams will begin from March 5 and class 10th exams will be held from March 6. DSE is providing the telephonic guidance to students to overcome Exam stress/Anxiety, study related issues, emotional issues and other issues.

The parents can also use this service to get the guidance to raise their children above depressed mood, indiscipline, aggressive behaviour, phobia, slow learning, Drug abuse etc. The counselling cell also providing preparation tips for the exam and subject-wise guidance from subject experts.

Students/Parents can get this useful information by calling the helpline number at 6006800068 on all working days at the above given time. Parents can also book a face to face appointment or they can write to the officials at Counsellingcelldsej@gmail.com.
