New Delhi- National Testing Agency which will conduct the Delhi University Joint Admission Test (DU JAT) 2020 today has taken all possible safety measures to combat novel coronavirus. Candidates who will appear in DU JAT 2020 are required to abide by certain guidelines as laid down by NTA for security and health purposes. DU JAT 2020 will be conducted in respective exam centres in two slots across India. Hence, for the safety of candidates, NTA had adopted various safety measures at the DU JAT exam centre, such as the mandatory wearing of masks, maintenance of social distancing and proper sanitisation

Candidates appearing in DU JAT 2020 need to adopt certain precautionary measures while at the test centre. Given below COVID 19 guidelines should be strictly adopted by candidates at the test centres of DU JAT 2020-
Be on Time - All candidates are requested to reach the DU JAT exam centre on time to avoid last-minute fuss and gathering. The reporting time of both slots is mentioned in the admit card of DU JAT 2020.
Bring Essentials - NTA has laid down that candidates having below items with them will only be allowed to enter inside the exam hall-
Personal transparent water bottle
Admit card and self-declaration
Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)
Copy of photograph for affixing in the attendance sheet
A simple transparent Ballpoint Pen
Follow the dress code - Candidates must be in proper attire. Candidates wearing footwear with thick soles or garments with large buttons will not be permitted in the exam hall.
Availability of Bar Code Readers - For the purpose of safety, NTA will have barcode scanners for scanning the admit card of DU JAT 2020 at the entry point. Hereby, candidates will also be informed about the respective exam hall.
Follow social distancing - All candidates will have to follow social distancing to ensure safety and health in the current scenario. Candidates are requested to wear masks all the time.
Sanitization of seating area - Before the start of each shift, the seating area will be thoroughly sanitized. NTA will maintain a gap of two seats as per GOI guidelines.
Availability of hand sanitizers - Candidates will have access to hand sanitizers at the entry as well as inside the hall.
