According to an IANS report, the officials said that the preliminary findings suggest that the live cartridges were brought from Bihar, and police are now probing this link. Police are now looking into why the cartridges were brought onto campus, whether there was a criminal conspiracy involved, and if the incident is linked to a larger illegal guns supply network.
