FMGE 2021: NBE clarifies on release of exam paper and answer key, says no re-evaluation

The NBE has released a notice to clarify that no answer key and question paper for FMGE will be released. NBE has been receiving requests seeking a copy of FMGE answer keys and question paper.
NEW DELHI: Through an official notice, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has clarified that no answer key and question paper for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) June session will be released. After the declaration of FMGE result 2021 on June 30, the NBE has been receiving requests seeking a copy of question papers and answer keys. Candidates have also been requesting the NBE for re-evaluation.

In a response to the emails received, the authority released a public notice on ‘Result/Question Paper of FMGE (Screening Test) June 2021’. The notice said, “NBE shall not entertain any request for sharing any content of the examination including answer keys/answer sheets.” The NBE also prohibits candidates from sharing any contents of FMGE June 2021 in verbal or written form, electronic or otherwise, the statement read.
No re-evaluation requests will be entertained
“There shall be no re-evaluation or rechecking or re-totalling of the responses marked by the candidates. Requests for re-evaluation/re-totalling shall not be entertained,” as per the NBE notice.
FMGE 2021 June session exam
The NBE conducted the FMGE June 2021 screening test on June 18. The result was announced in the form of a merit list mentioning roll number, scores obtained (out of 300) and rank. Aspirants who qualified for the screening test will be issued a provisional or permanent passing certificate from July 22 to August 13, 2021.
The National Medical Commission (NMC) or the State Medical Councils (SMCs) issue the pass certificate to practice medicine or pursue higher studies in India.
