GAIL announces 176 vacancies for various posts; apply till December 31

NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 14: Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) has released notification for recruitment of Officers and Engineers in 18 different posts. As many as 176 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment exam. The online application form is available from December 12 to 31, 2018 on the official website - and click on the application link.

Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering are eligible to apply for the exam. However, the eligibility criteria vary as per the posts. Aspirants must fill the form along with the payment of the application fee of Rs 200 (applicable for only general and OBC candidates).

The online application for the recruitment has commenced from December 12, 2018. Candidates who hold Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and other prescribed eligibility standards as per the posts along with one year of experience in the required field can apply for the available posts at GAIL 2018.

After the application process is over, the authority will screen the application forms and shortlist the candidates based on their eligibility and experience. In case the authority receive more numbers of applications then the authority may also conduct Group Discussion and/or Interview.

Candidates who qualify will be appointed at E2 and E1 grade posts and will get emolument of Rs Rs.60,000 – 1,80,000/- and Rs.50,000 – 1,60,000/- respectively.
