NEW DELHI: Regional Centre for Biotechnology has released the Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology or GAT-B admit card 2020 in online mode, on June 25. Only registered candidates, who had filled in their applications for GAT-B 2020 by or before June 18, can get access to their admit cards of GAT-B 2020. To download their Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology admit card, candidates have to first visit the official website rcb.res.in/GATB and then use their log in credentials - application number and date of birth.
While downloading their admit cards, candidates must make sure to check if all the details appearing on it are correct to the best of their knowledge. If any corrections are there, candidates must reach out to the authorities to get the rectification done. It must be noted that GAT-B 2020 admit card is the only document which acts as the hall pass for the candidates to enter the exam centre. Without possessing the GAT-B admit card, candidates will not be permitted to take the exam.
GAT-B 2020 exam will be held on June 30, while the answer key and question papers would be released on the official website online on July 2. The regional centre would announce the results for GAT-B 2020 on July 20.
It must be known that GAT-B is being held for the first time in 2020 for admission to M.Sc. in Biotechnology & Allied Areas, M.Sc. in Agricultural Biotechnology and M.Tech./M.V.Sc. Programmes across the DBT-supported participating institutes. GAT-B has replaced the Combined Entrance Examination for Biotechnology (CEEB) conducted previously by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) from 2020.
