New Delhi, January 3: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has released the admit card of GATE 2020 in online mode. Registered candidates can now access their admit card through the GOAPS portal. To download the admit card, the candidates will have to provide their enrolment number/email ID and password. It is essential for the candidates to download and print out the admit card since it has to be presented at the examination centre.

Procedure to download GATE 2020 admit card
The given steps can be followed by the candidates to download the released admit card of GATE 2020:
Go to the official website of GOAPS (appsgate.iitd.ac.in)
Enter GATE enrolment number/email ID and password.
Click on “Submit”
The dashboard will be displayed after the credentials are entered.
Click on “Download admit card”
The admit card will be downloaded and the candidates are advised to check it for any mistakes.
Candidates will have to take two A4 sized colour printouts of the admit card.
Details mentioned in GATE 2020 admit card
Many personal and examination related details will be present in the admit card of GATE 2020. Basic information such as a candidate's name, registration number, selected GATE paper will be available along with important details such as examination venue address, date, timing and more. Instructions for the examination will also be available in the admit card. If there are any mistakes in the details present in the admit card, the candidates will have to inform the concerned authorities.
About GATE 2020
GATE 2020 will be conducted on February 1, 2, 8 and 9 as a computer based test. While reporting for the examination, the candidates will have to present their admit card along with one valid photo identity (Aadhaar card/PAN card/Voter ID/Passport/College ID/Employee ID/Driving License). Without these documents, the candidates will not be allowed to attempt the examination.
