GATE Score Card 2019 to be released on March 20 @ goaps.iitm.ac.in

New Delhi, March 17: Indian Institute of Technology, Madras will release the GATE 2019 scorecard on March 20. GATE score card 2019 will contain important information like student’s mark obtained in the exam, category wise cutoff mark, all India rank of student and the total number of students appeared for that particular exam. Earlier, the result of GATE 2019 was released by IIT Madras on March 15, one day in advance to the scheduled date. The GATE result was declared in online mode for all the 24 papers.
The GATE score card will be available for download from March 20 until May 31. However, Students could also download it from June by payment of a fee towards downloading scorecard. GATE score card 2019 will be used for admission in various M.Tech/M.E. courses offered by IITs, NITs, IIITs and other GFTIs. The score card of GATE will also be used by PSUs for recruitment of graduate engineers. Student can download GATE score card 2019 by the following method
Steps to download GATE Score Card 2019

• Open the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) portal

• Log in using Enrollment ID/ Registered ID/ Email ID and Password

• Click on submit button to view the scorecard

• Download scorecard and keep it for further admission/recruitment process

Students must note that no centralized counselling or admission process is done for admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. Admission in IITs will be done through Common Offer Application Portal (COAP) whereas admission in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs will be through Centralised Counselling for M.Tech Admission (CCMT). Students have to login in COAP or CCMT in order to apply to the institute individually for admission. CCMT and COAP will begin accepting the application from the first week of April. Many PSUs have already started the application process for recruitment through GATE while some will start soon.
